the only negatives i see is that he looks kind of gray instead of black. he is black, right? lulz
and he has kind of an evil and mysterious look that says "i'm going to kill you so please step right up". lol XD i hope that was what you were going for. if it isnt then im sorry. X3 you did a very good job though and i love the shading!! i think that schads expression is what gives it the most character though.
